WA-4FF, WA-6FF are cross-linked with bifunctional reagents on the basis of WA-4B and WA-6B, with higher degree of cross-linking than WA-CL 4B and WA-CL 6B, more stable physicochemical properties, resistant to 121℃ autoclave sterilization, and fast flow rate suitable for large-scale separation and purification. It is used for the separation and purification or detection of biological macromolecules such as polysaccharides, nucleic acids, viruses, etc. It can also be used as the base frame for affinity, hydrophobicity and ion exchange chromatography
